architects
Villa EPOS, on the grounds of Santos Estate Lake
Bled, has been standing since 1909. Amongst its
creators is Jože Plečnik, a 20th century Slovenian
architectural icon who also profoundly impacted
the modern architecture of Vienna and Prague.
His architectural imprint on Ljubljana has been
compared to the impact Antoni Gaudí had on
Barcelona.
